By accessing or using BrokerIntel AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all subscribers, visitors, and users of the Service.
BrokerIntel AI provides AI-generated weekly market intelligence reports for independent insurance agents and mortgage brokers. Reports include market data analysis, competitor activity monitoring, lead generation signals, and sales scripts. The Service is delivered via email every Monday morning.
Reports are generated autonomously by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, all intelligence should be independently verified before making business decisions.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. All prices are in USD.
Pricing: Current pricing is Starter ($49/month), Pro ($99/month), and Agency ($199/month). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive reports until your paid period ends.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BrokerIntel AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or intelligence contained in reports. All intelligence reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
Market data is sourced from publicly available sources including the Federal Reserve, MLS feeds, and RSS news aggregators. We are not responsible for errors in source data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerIntel AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
All content, reports, and materials generated by BrokerIntel AI are the intellectual property of BrokerIntel AI. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use reports for their own business purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute reports without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas.
